Centre for New Dimension Leadership (CNDL) is a faith-rooted leadership development institution committed to raising servant leaders with Christ-like character, practical competence and a burden for transformation.
From Abuja, Nigeria, CNDL serves leaders, churches, ministries, schools, NGOs, professionals, students, entrepreneurs, public servants and institution builders through learning, membership, certification, research, publications, media, mentoring and partnerships.
Our Story and Burden
CNDL emerged from a conviction that many of society’s deepest challenges are leadership challenges. Institutions weaken when leaders pursue status without service, influence without character, vision without discipline or growth without systems.
The Centre was established to contribute a different kind of leadership formation: one that joins spiritual conviction with practical responsibility; character with competence; service with strategy; and personal development with institutional transformation.
Our work has developed into a multi-platform leadership ecosystem that includes programmes, courses, conferences, church leadership training, membership designations, verified certificates, research and insights, books, media, mentoring and collaborative initiatives.
