Centre for New Dimension Leadership (CNDL) is a leadership development, discipleship and institutional strengthening organisation based in Abuja, Nigeria. We exist to raise servant leaders with Christ-like character, practical competence, strategic clarity and the capacity to strengthen the people and institutions entrusted to them.
We are not a consultancy built around commercial advisory engagements. CNDL is a values-driven leadership institution and community. Our work is expressed through leadership education, ministry and church leadership development, executive programmes, courses, conferences, membership pathways, certifications, research, books, media, mentoring and partnerships.

How We Work
We combine structured teaching with practical application. Participants do not only receive information; they are guided to reflect, practise, build, serve and improve. We also maintain public verification systems for eligible memberships and certificates, helping institutions and members confirm authentic CNDL records.
